Come & See iPhone App (Ad Hoc distribution version):
While installing, you may not see the installation progress as usual, but the new app icon (grey colour) will be added to your iPhone and the icon will be changed to Come & See app icon 
after finishing the download & installation.
The above link will be updated when the app becomes available in App Store after full release.
